What is an Opusuna Role?

Each of us have a predisposition to how we approach an organizational or team need

Opusuna's 10 Roles:

Opusuna's Roles identify how people add value to their teams and organizations. These Roles (and their role pairs) are central to a strategy for building high-performance teams and successful organizations.

What we do at our jobs is perform Roles. When we use the term Role, we look at the individual as a whole and how they view themselves: what they are willing to do, don't want to do, and want to do in their careers.

Roles describe the working relationships required for a team to function at its highest level. High-performance teams have aligned people that fulfill Roles that are in tune with the needs of the team's mission.
